Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc. To Raise Prices For AXILATTM Dispersions in Europe

COLUMBUS, Ohio - (Jan 27, 2011) - Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc., announced today that effective immediately, or as contracts allow, it will increase the price of its AXILATTM acrylic and styrene acrylic dispersions by € 80/Mt, acrylic dispersions for pressure sensitive adhesives by €100/Mt, vinyl acetate based dispersions by € 50/Mt, and styrene butadiene dispersions by  €80/Mt.

This action is driven by cost increases of raw materials.  It will allow Momentive Specialty Chemicals to continue providing a comprehensive service for the benefit of its customers.
